This seminar directly addresses beliefs relating to strength and weight. Why we are out of balance and what motivates us to build strength even when you are to busy and or traveling. We will implement important practices that were vital in Vianna Stibal's journey in releasing pounds and building muscle in the highest and best way.
In this seminar you will:
- Clear beliefs relating to habits, self esteem, food, exercise, body image, fears of being the size you wish to be
- Learn about supplements that can assist in maintaining a balanced body
- Receive downloads that create a beautiful body

Prerequisites: None (for the public).
This technique is taught slightly differently for the public and ThetaHealing® practitioners:
- The first four hours are for everyone
- Members of the public then have two 1-hour one-on-one sessions with me whereas practitioners who have attained ThetaHealing® Advanced DNA 2 can go on and do a further 3 hours of practice
This seminar is being run over one evening (for the public) or two evenings (for ThetaHealing Advanced DNA practitioners - the second evening is 22nd March).
