Reiki beginners starts at Level 1 and at this level the student is introduced to spiritual self development This is a wonderful gift to give oneself as we cover the background of Reiki Usui, meditation, grounding, centering, self healing and implementing these learnings into a good daily practice.

I endeavor to assist and support you all the way as I help you to build your personal confidence towards self empowerment. By applying Reiki to yourself you learn to gently explore who you are and what makes you tick.

I love the little realizations that Reiki level 1 brings forth for my learners and feel honored to witness the gentle opening of insights.

Classes are offered in person and online (please note that online you will receive your attunements remotely)

Pricing for Reiki Level 1: NZ $320

This includes 8 hours of class, Attunements, 3 weeks support, Follow up session, Manual, Reiki level 1 certificate (online trainees receive a PDF Manual and remote attunements)

Minimum Class Size: Generally 4 students.  If the minimum numbers are not met the class will likely be deferred.  Students will be kept up to date and a decision will be made in resonable time.
